Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Tokora collects through the tokora.rs website, for what purpose, and what rights you have. The site is a marketing site and uses no user accounts or contact forms.
Last updated: July 24, 2026.
Data controller
The data controller is Tokora. For any questions about data protection you can contact us at hello@tokora.rs.
What data we collect
The tokora.rs website is a marketing site (a one-pager with a few subpages). There are no user accounts and no contact forms — every call to action is an email (mailto) link.
We collect personal data only if you send us an email yourself. In that case we process the data you provide in your message (name, email address, and message content), and only to reply to your inquiry and any further correspondence.
Analytics and cookies
To measure traffic we use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and collects aggregated, anonymous visit data. To track performance we use Vercel Speed Insights.
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you consent to cookies. Until then, in line with Google Consent Mode v2, storage for analytics (analytics_storage) is denied by default and the IP address is anonymized. Your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser (the “tokora-consent” localStorage key), and no persistent third-party cookie is set until you accept.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's browser data.
Third parties
Fonts are loaded from the Fontshare CDN (api.fontshare.com), which is a third party. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers may process technical data (e.g. IP address and browser details) necessary to deliver the content.
Legal basis and retention
We process the data in your email on the basis of your outreach and our legitimate interest in replying to your inquiry. We keep it only as long as needed for correspondence about your inquiry, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, and for visitors from the European Union under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- the right to access the data we process about you,
- the right to correct inaccurate data,
- the right to erasure of your data,
- the right to object to the processing of your data.
To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@tokora.rs. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
